With the addition of a Hammerle TRM 80/1250 Parts Flattener, we have the ability to flatten material and parts from 0.032" to 0.75" thick, 0.25" to 49" wide, and 8" and up in length.
The use of a Parts Flattener will eliminate the cost of heat-treating processes, grinding operations, and higher grades of steel necessary to achieve flatness specifications in manufacturing.
Our fast, consistent, and clean process provides stress relief, avoiding distortion during further processes. We can achieve flatness to less than 0.010" in both raw and finished parts.
